Delivery methods
We deliver only within Bulgaria.
We offer a "review and test before payment" option.
The ordered product will be delivered to you by courier company Econt or Speedy.
To recipient address:
- the base delivery price is determined based on the amount of the cash on delivery, the delivery address and the weight of the items, as determined by the respective courier company;
- the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days, if the product is available;
- if the product is not available we will contact you to give you more information;
Upon request at an Econt or Speedy office or APS (automatic postal stations):
- the base price for delivery to an office or APS is determined based on the amount of the cash on delivery, the delivery address and the weight of the items, as determined by the respective courier company
- the maximum time for a shipment to stay at an Econt or Speedy office is 7 days. If the customer does not claim their shipment within the specified period or refuses it, it is returned directly to the sender.
- the maximum period for a parcel to stay at an APS (Automatic Postal Station) is 48 hours. If the recipient does not pick up their parcel within this period, it is moved to the nearest Econt or Speedy office to the respective APS, where it stays for another 5 days.
Payment methods
Cash on delivery - Cash on delivery (in cash) is the most used payment method. You pay for the product to the courier upon delivery.
Claim
Although the online store makes every effort to ensure that the products sold are of the highest quality, it may happen that you receive a defective/wrong product. In such a situation, you have the right to make a complaint, return or exchange within 14 days.
